Celebrity designer Alexander Wang was spotted checking out the two duplex penthouses, together asking $9.26 million, at the green-friendly 60 White St. in TriBeCa.
Combined, the 3,078 squarefoot penthouse units have three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 727 exterior square feet.
Dating back to 1869, the building has deep-set windows, which are now insulated for energy efficiency.
We hear the green aspects of the building, which is being overhauled by developer Veronica Mainetti, as well as its historical preservation, impressed Wang.
The listing broker is Douglas Elliman heavy-hitter Frances Katzen.
