60 White is ready for its close-up. The lovingly and luxuriously restored 1869 residential building by Sorgente Group of America recently unveiled an elegantly appointed 2-bedroom model loft that shows off the property’s historic and sustainable elements such as rich reclaimed wood flooring, over-sized windows fitted with ultra-insulated European panes, and soaring feature walls made up of brick from the original building. The light-filled, floor-through apartment — one of eight at the covetable Tribeca address — incorporates a whopping 80 percent of the existing materials from the original structure, resulting in a modern home laced with a touch of New York City history.
