That “sustainable developer” Veronica Mainetti, president of Sorgente Group of America, and Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen, hosted an event Tuesday night catered by Blue Hill at Stone Barns to launch the eight-unit 60 White (left) in TriBeCa where three units are currently on the market, ranging from $4.5 million to $9.2 million for a penthouse.

Environmentally friendly practices include collecting rainwater to irrigate a green wall, while 80 percent of the building’s materials were salvaged and the rest locally sourced.
